A couple of summers ago, coming home from class, I took the subway with a friend and I told her I was trying to start a blog... then I also told her how time consuming and addicting it had become, and that I was wondering if it was something worth doing... she laughed and asked me to let her know when I was done and give her the"link" so she could read it. Then she left and I kept thinking...why? why should I do this ?

Technology has taken us to a new level and we are now, able to "publish ourselves"! PUBLISH OURSELVES however we want to; if you want to be yourself, transparent and out in the open, or even if you want to pretend to be someone else... YOU CAN! Now you can blog and share your thoughts and experiences with people without having them "altered" by the editors, or "chosen" because of how cool or marketable they are...

This space is for us to share; zaidibirindilindilandia-my own little world, my ingenious- and your thoughts!

welcome, and thank you!

knitting term garment.... water bubbles!

term garment time....
i'm trying to document the process of construction of my term garment... my 1st knitted garment. Fabric was slow to make- sorry i didn't take any pictures of that- but here are some images of lab-work... cutting/assembling!

i'm having fun... knitwear is definitely another story... and i like that

i'm, going to upload a sketch soon!

enjoy

laying out pattern- to cut!

fabric... with bubbles... like lake, its dropped needles and racking, then some "columns" to resemble some of hunderwasser's buildings/drawings which have been my inspiration for this "trans-automa-sytosis" project...
THANKS ANAMARIA!!!!(my knitting teacher, she is amazing)

after "sewing" test on mannequin to see fit.... it got transformed- it was supposed t be a tighter "top part"- but we have to let the "fabric"guide us---- so i'm listening and changing it to a more loose/robe-y dress...

"racerback" back
"halter-y" front... with crochet straps
side.... with needles missing in action for detail... i want the armhole part to drape more... but... i'll work it out once i put the tubular finishings!
